It may be better to scale down models to make them accessible and applicable in the local placesna where we live. Local initiatives need support from  llocal authorities   - from village councils to urban centers - with the tools and concepts to create an energy-efficient future. Sweden's Energy Community's work focuses on supporting these administrations and the many organizations that work on a local scale, experiment and learn together in many areas.
