For private individuals, we introduce to groups the Roadmap that takes you through the challenge of starting up the energy community. Knowledge is the strongest tool together with creating room for real action locally. We help with dialogue with electricity grid companies, permit processes and available financial support in the start-up.
For public sector
For municipalities and energy public offices, we arrange knowledge hubs, on-site and online seminars, workshops for fulfillng community ideas throughout Sweden (target groups). We inspire about technology, collaborations, sustainability values and what the regulations allow today and what may affect us in the future. Knowledge and inspiration are extremely important.
For your company
For companies, the potential is almost limitless, we support groups of (SME) companies in many ways with tailor-made assignments. It may concern lobbying locally where new concepts and possibilities needs to be anchored in the start. We support with project management between those involved in housing areas, commercial premises, agriculture and in rural areas. We initiate collaborations you have not thought of.
Our services as a "one stop shop" for an energy community
One stop shop means that you can pick and choose from different services depending on your needs and skills.Self-determination to us means that the energy community has its own expertise or resources and can maintain control where they have strengths.
Technical advice and planning: Help with planning for the energy system, facilitating decisions for solar panels and other energy sources, battery storage and other renewable energy technologies. Our experts (members with experience) meet the participants to understand their energy needs, goals and conditions. This includes gathering information on energy consumption, budget, available space and local conditions
Financing and financial advice: Access to financing solutions, grants, and financial models that can support the establishment of the energy community. Everyone needs to understand the initial investment, ongoing costs and potential savings from the start. This may include a comparison of other technical solutions made on the market.
Installation and Operation: Planning and anchoring to members about payback times and ROI of investments for the community and the value to each. Presentations and anchoring of these take place with our (member's) consultants. Environmental assessment: What do the environmental benefits look like with the proposed local energy, reduced carbon dioxide emissions and improved energy efficiency. Advice on cooperation with installation and maintenance of the energy systems and connection to the electricity grid.
Regulatory and legal support: Advice on laws and regulations that apply to the energy community, certain permits and agreements. Help navigate through the upcoming required permits, from EU to regional and national rules and regulations.
Administration and management: Help navigate procurement of the Energy Community system that allocates energy production and consumption in real time to ensure optimal operation and identify opportunities for improvement. Ongoing advice: Ongoing support and advice to adapt and improve the system based on changing needs or new technical possibilities.
Technical support and member service: Advice on how ongoing technical support and customer service have solved problems that have arisen in other projects in the Nordics. In this situation, collaboration partners are already established and we are only needed to spread your success.
Education for Behavioral Change: Educational programs and information resources to increase awareness and understanding among energy community participants. The complexity in the middle of the process is difficult to grasp, it easily becomes a bit technologically optimistic. Technology is a decisive factor, but the group learns to see the transition as a change in behavior on several levels.
