Lena Rainer is the founder, a driving force in sustainable development. With experience as a project developer and specialist in sustainability projects, along with strong communication skills from leading roles in B2B PR/IR for companies such as ICA, PWC, and in the IT and mining sectors, tourism, and loyalty programs, she aims to promote the transition to local renewable energy sources. She has a deep understanding of both technical and regulatory aspects of sustainable development, from working with building permits for sustainable housing projects to developing energy-efficient heating solutions, and is accustomed to navigating complex challenges.
Education: B.Sc. Business & Economics.

Jenny Palm is a prominent researcher in energy systems, sustainable development, and urban planning. With a focus on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and user behavior, she explores how energy systems integrate with communities. As a professor at Lund University, she leads research in departments such as Technology and Society. Her interdisciplinary approach has contributed to solving complex challenges for sustainable energy systems.

Mariann Eriksson
Staffan Schartner är byggande arkitekt i eget bolag, Omniplan, han är en föregångare inom träarkitektur för flerbostadshus, uppmärksammad för sina innovativa trähus i Linköping och Uppsala. Han projektledde även ”The Forest”, Sveriges paviljong på världsutställningen i Dubai (Swedish EXPO 2020). Grundare av Byggemenskaper.
Cecilia Katzeff
Cecilia Katzeff är doktor i psykologi, forskare och docent vid KTH. Hennes forskning fokuserar på beteendeförändringar för ett hållbart samhälle. Bl.a. om hushållens relationer till lagring, delning, användning och produktion av energi och förväntningar på hushållen i energigemenskaper.
Det handlar om ett mänskligt orienterat förhållningssätt till design av digital interaktion mellan människor, deras miljö och olika artefakter och system. Och hur rollerna relaterar till hållbarhet – för hållbara livsstilar.
Mats Karlström
Mats Karlström är entreprenör och medgrundare av techbolaget Ferroamp och har arbetat som affärsutvecklare i bolaget fram till 2023. I eget bolag ska han nu fokusera på att hjälpa fastighetsägare med energi- och effektoptimering via mikronät och lokala elnät så de kan koppla ihop och styra solpaneler, elbilsladdning och batterilager. Allt för att nyttan för fastighetsägaren ska maximeras. Mats är visionären av framtidens decentraliserade energisystem. Han vill inspirera till samarbeten mellan teknik- och tjänsteleverantörer.
